Savings Guru Verdict

Since launch, PCF has offered a range of notice and fixed rate bonds to personal customers via the internet and post.  The rates have been very competitive and feature regularly in our best buys.

PCF has quite a small balance sheet which means it often offers its fixed rate bonds for short periods of time as it only needs to attract a small number of savers to fund its lending book.
